CHECK BACK FOR NEWS ABOUT VOLUNTEERING IN 2022/2023 SCHOOL YEAR!

We need some help to make sure our kindergartener and first graders have a successful lunch experience this year!

We are looking for 4 volunteers for K, and 3 for first grade per day to help the students manage their time through the lunch line, eat their lunch, and clean up.

The volunteer(s) work side-by-side with a Sunita Williams Elementary staff member to do the following:

• Help the students through the lunch line by ensuring they take at least 1 fruit and 1 vegetable, along with any drink or utensils/condiments they may need.

• Assist the students with opening up containers

• Guide the students to clean up their mess when the lunch period is over

• Clean off the tables used by the 1st graders

You can sign up below for as many or as few days as you can offer. This is a great opportunity for you to see your child interact with his or her classmates in a fun atmosphere.
